Morning call as everyone going to work. Call came in – fire from chimney visible. Company 1 units arrived on scene with no fire visible. Cleaning the stove resulted in air flow up chimney and flames now showing. FF’s steamed the chimney from stove box and fire again not visible. Personnel on chimney chained and debris cleaned out from below. Homeowner would call chimney sweep and all well. Washington, Flint Hill, Ammisville and Sperryville, all with short crews participated.
