Report of explosion on Rock Mills Road.  Engine 1 responded with 3 and found a car fully involved.  The explosion apparently was the gas tank exploding.  Used front bumper to extinguish, set up lighting and use of Saw to open hood.  Owner stated he smelled smoke driving home and stopped to open gate when engine compartment lit off.  Next an explosion and entire car was engulfed in flames.
